Being in academia, especially as a member of a marginalized group whose interests challenge the parameters of a field or discipline, can be isolating, but it doesn’t have to be.

By joining a CONSTELLATION, Eos members can give and receive feedback on term-long projects, goals, and problems they are experiencing without having to defend the value of their work or their presence in the field.

Each CONSTELLATION session lasts one term. Members can change roles each term, according to their needs, and can enroll in sessions according to their availability.
